Dr. Ibarra is the Charles Handy Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. Born in Cuba, she received her MA and PhD from Yale University and previously served on the faculties of Harvard Business School and INSEAD. A Fellow of the British Academy, she is a world authority on leadership and career transitions and the author of Act Like a Leader, Think Like a Leader and Working Identity.
