Peijun, Duan

Duan Peijun is a senior professor of philosophy and strategy study at the Central Party School in China. He is director of the teaching-research section of strategy study, and deputy director of the Academic Committee of the Philosophy Department at the Central Party School.

His work includes training Chinese government officials and entrepreneurs. As a guest professor at the National Academy of Education Administration, his work includes training university presidents of China. He holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Peking University.

His current research focuses on social science methodology, strategy theory, and development strategy in China and is currently the project leader of China’s National Social Science Fund project “China’s New Development Model and its Strategic System.” He has published several books, including Methodological Individualism in the Paralogic Perspective of Social Science, and over 200 papers about strategy and philosophy.
