Dr. Kim is affiliated with Hope College and the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai, where he holds the Philips Chair in Management. He received his PhD in organizational behavior from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his research addresses employee creativity, leadership, person-organization fit and fairness at work across cultures. He is Section Editor of the Journal of Business Ethics and Associate Editor of Human Relations, and has been named repeatedly by Elsevier among the world’s most cited Chinese researchers in business and management.
