Williamson, Ian O.

Dr. Williamson is the Dean of the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. He previously served as Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Dean of the Wellington School of Business and Government at Victoria University of Wellington, and as Associate Dean at Melbourne Business School. He received his PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a globally recognized expert in human resource management and the impact of talent pipelines on organizational and community outcomes.
