The IAOM

The founding gathering of the IAM’s second century.

When & Where

November 19–20, 2026
ESE Business School, Universidad de los Andes
Santiago, Chile

About the Meeting

Following the Centennial Celebration in Prague (2024) and the leadership meeting in Albania (2025), the Academy’s global fellowship will gather in Santiago together with a carefully curated group of leaders from business, policy, and civil society to define the intellectual and institutional agenda for the IAM’s next hundred years.

Confirmed keynote speakers include Peter Brabeck, former Chairman and CEO of Nestlé. Senior partners of Bain & Company, Egon Zehnder, and PwC will contribute perspectives from the world of practice, and senior government officials will bring the policy dimension.

Agenda Themes

The meeting will focus on the systemic questions that define our era: artificial intelligence and the future of work; climate transition and institutional resilience; the crisis of trust in business and public institutions; and the evolving relationship between markets, societies, and the natural world.
