Meeting in Albania on September 24–25, 2025, the Academy’s leadership translated the energy of the Prague Centennial into a concrete agenda for the future.
The board approved the Academy’s refreshed mission — “Advancing management for global good” — and vision — “Bridging Theory and Practice for Global Good.” Through education, research, and collaboration, the IAM advances management practices that create sustainable value while addressing society’s most pressing challenges.
Fellows Danica Purg, Dominique Turpin and Jikyeong Kang were appointed to the board as Vice Chancellors, and new committees on nominations and fellowship engagement, conference planning, and governance were established.
The meeting also confirmed Santiago, Chile as the venue for the 2026 IAM Global Meeting, to be held on November 19–20, 2026 at ESE Business School.
